Join two of baseballs best this year as they support several important community and children’s organizations. You can also pick up one of the more unique sports collectibles on the market. Bronson Arroyo and Luis Gonzalez will each have their own limited edition Napa Valley Cabernet available in a 3-bottle configuration paired with their game model bat, hand stained with wine and autographed by the respective player.

We will host charity wine events in several key markets; Boston, Cincinnati, Miami and Phoenix. Luis and Bronson will be present at their own events, as well as special guests including ballplayers, managers, coaches, and a few surprises along the way. Please register for our newsletter to receive all the details as we finalize plans for a very special summer.

Bronson Arroyo will share his very limited collection of 100 pieces between Cincinnati and Boston. Bronson will once again team with Homes For Our Troops, a non-profit organization that provides specially adapted homes for our severely injured service members. Through a growing network of monetary contributions, donations from building contractors, suppliers, corporate supporters and local volunteers, Homes For Our Troops provides assistance at no cost to the veterans that are served. Additional information can be found at www.homesforourtroops.org.

In his first season with the Florida Marlins, veteran Luis Gonzalez brings 18 seasons of leadership to the Marlins clubhouse, not to mention 18 seasons of working with numerous community foundations and organizations giving back. Luis will partner with The Florida Marlins Community Foundation for a fantastic public event in September 2008 in the Miami area.

The Florida Marlins Community Foundation (FMCF) was founded in 1999 to promote educational, athletic, health, social and community service programs with a particular focus on South Florida’s youth. This not-for-profit charitable organization generates funding from five sources: player contributions, corporate sponsorships, grants, events and ongoing programs. Since its inception, the FMCF has given back over $5 million dollars to the community! Learn more about FMCF at http://florida.marlins.mlb.com/fla/community/foundation.jsp

Luis Gonzalez still makes his home in Phoenix after eight years with the Diamondbacks, including the walk-off series clinching hit and RBI in game seven of the 2001 World Series. Does your resume get any better than that? "Gonzo’s" consistency, professionalism and ethics have earned him a prestigious 20 year major league career, not to mention the respect and admiration of his team members, coaching staff and fan base across the country. Luis supports the educational and social goals of Arizona Quest for Kids. The Arizona Quest for Kids (AQFK) mission is simple: to prepare high-potential, low-income students for success in college and beyond. Read more about this invaluable community service at www.azquestforkids.org.
