Chef Paul Mattison, executive chef and proprietor of Mattison&amp;rsquo;s&amp;trade; has partnered with Cincinnati Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo to announce a very special wine-pairing evening featuring a five-course dinner at &amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Mattison's  Riverside&lt;/strong&gt; on&lt;strong&gt; Wednesday, March 25, 2009 from 6:30pm&lt;/strong&gt;. Each course will be paired with a fantastic varietal from Hill Family Estate; including their Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Origin and Cabernet offerings. Attendance is limited and &lt;strong&gt;reservations &lt;/strong&gt;are required and can be  made online at &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.mattisons.com"&gt;www.mattisons.com&lt;/a&gt; or by calling &lt;strong&gt;941.748.8087&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The price is $75 plus tax and gratuity.&lt;/p&gt;
